| The financial subsidy will be paid in 8 installments and each payment will be done after an Inspection. |

| The requirements to be fulfilled to receive the subsidy- |

 |
1st Installment Replanting – After uprooting the old plantation and cleaning land |
|
|
2nd Installment Replanting - After planting , preparation of soil conservation measures, establishment of cover crops and fencing |
|
|
|
50 % of the 2nd installment will be paid only with the statement of the permit holder that the planting of rubber is completed |
|
To ensure the agricultural practices are done properly the 2nd Installment will be paid partly . That is- |

| New plantings 1st & 2nd Installments will be paid together. To get the 2nd Installment the above requirements should be fulfilled. |

3rd Installment Re/New planting – One year after planting plants well maintained cover crops established there should be 200 plants per Acre |
|
|
4th Installment Re/new planting - 2 years after planting, girth 4 inches at 4 feet from the ground level there should be 200 plants per Acre |
|
|
5th Installment Re/new planting - 3years after planting ,girth 61/4 inches in areas where the annual rain fall is greater than 1000inches and 51/4 inches in areas where the annual rain fall is lesser than 1000 inches, at 4 feet from the ground level there should be 190 plants per Acre |

6th Installment Re/new planting - 4years after planting ,girth 10 inches in areas where the annual rain fall is greater than 1000inches and 9 inches in areas where the annual rain fall is lesser than 1000 inches, at 4 feet from the ground level there should be 190 plants per Acre |

7th Installment Re/new planting - 5 years after planting ,girth 121/2 inches in areas where the annual rain fall is greater than 1000inches and 11 inches in areas where the annual rain fall is lesser than 1000 inches, at 4 feet from the ground level there should be 190 plants per Acre |

8th Installment Re/new planting - 6 years after planting ,there should be 180 trees attained the girth of 20 inches at 4 feet from the ground level |
